Do Agatha apps meet international requirements?

Yes, absolutely. Agatha’s applications include all the capabilities needed to fully meet regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions: Asia, Europe and the United States (including FDA 21CFR Part 11).

Can existing documents be imported into Agatha?

Yes, absolutely! All Agatha apps include a robust import capability. With this function, existing content — TMF documents, SOPs, etc…) can be transferred into Agatha, as well as any available metadata such as document names, types, owners, status…everything! Even existing audit trail information.

Do Agatha apps work together?

Yes! Although each of our applications is designed to meet a specific ClinOps or quality process (TMF, SOP, QMS, etc…) they all share a common interface and many capabilities. Users can be enabled across applications, and reports created that pull from multiple processes. So think of them as a close-knit family — they live in the same place, look a lot like each other and share a lot of information!

What does the custom forms capability mean in Agatha Extended Edition?

Custom forms are a way for you to easily automate specific business processes. Any type of field can be included (text, number, date) in a custom form, and then these forms can be linked to create workflows. Any form can be rendered as a PDF or Word document at any time.

How does the cost model for an Agatha subscription work?

The cost of an Agatha subscription per user decreases as the number of users increases. There are also cost savings if multiple applications are included in a subscription. But if you want specifics, you can use the “request a quote” button for a precise estimate.

How many studies are included with an Agatha eTMF application?

With the annual standard price, you can manage up to 3 possible studies. But we can add as many studies as you need to your subscription, and there are cost savings if more studies are included. If you want to get specific, click on the “request a quote” button and tell us what you need.

How many sites are included in the Agatha Remote ISF application subscription?

Agatha’s Remote ISF application is provided on a per-site model. So you tell us the number of sites, and we will tell you the cost. And as the number of sites goes up, the price goes down. If you want to know the exact cost for your situation, use the “request a quote” button.

At the end of the trial period, can I export my content?

Agatha’s applications all include export capability. This allows content to be transferred to a structured ZIP file with all content elements rendered in PDF format, and which retains all metadata and folder structures.

With the Premium version, do I still need Word and Excel?

No, our “In Agatha” editing capabilities allow you to create, edit and collaborate on Office documents directly from Agatha; it is not necessary to leave the Agatha environment.

How many users can collaborate in real time with Agatha's "In Application" collaboration capability?

Up to twenty users can work on a document at the same time with this feature, which is part of Agatha’s Extended Edition. Each user can see the comments and edits of the rest of the team, in real-time, as changes and comments are added to the document or file.
